Dear sleep,

All right, I left the aprtment of bad singing three am cat (don't tell her I said that) and it's been two long days at school. I'm tired. Hell, I'm actually to the point where I'm that sort of dizzy headache-y tired, yet when I lie down, you do not come.
What do I have to do to get a full night's sleep? I follow the prescribed rules for insomniacs (don't just lie there, it makes it worse) and found something to do (this plea) but nothing is helping.
Don't make me take drugs. I'm not the most drug friendly person. It's the whole, I don't want to turn 40 and be a pharmacy phobia. I know, I've got 12 years before I do that, but it's better to start early right? So, if it's drugs you're looking for, you aren't getting them.
So, besides drugs, what can I do?
Sincerely,
Spy

:-(

Maybe it's your brain telling you to work on your recap? :-)

Seriously though, I wish I had advice, because I've been there too. A couple of months ago I was having a serious bout, and I sat up until 4:30 AM (on a workday) watching Numb3rs season 1 epis. Didn't help me sleep, but it sure was a nice way to pass the time. :-)

Seriously, suffering from recap block. Which is weird, consdiering Nekkid Larry just provides hours of amusement on its own.

Puh-lease! The cat sings whenever she wants to! So don't let her read this entry, it might give her ideas ;)
