My brain finds a way to laugh at it.  Take the infinitely annoying "Ego" by Beyonce.  We all know what she's talking about, and if you need your woman to sing a song talking about your big, (fill in other adjectives here) *cough* ego, then perhaps you are compensating, just a little.
