1) Still don't have a computer at my own. I think I've almost unofficially moved back into my parents' house at this point because of it.
2) My parents are away for most of the summer, thus rambling around their house is very, echo-y. I miss my little house that is taking every last free penny of mine but it's still my house and I love it. I just wish it was painted but the bloody weather keeps stopping it.
3) Still haven't replied to the e-mail I mentioned in a f-locked post.
4) Got a tetanus shot yesterday. Ow, today. Nope, strike that, double ow. Apparently, there's a ratio between how much is in your system, how long it's been since you should've had your booster, and the amount of pain you feel. I guess I have a lot in my system and I'm over a year overdue. Ow. Ow. Ow.
5) I saw my first back to school ad this week. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
6) Okay, 5 isn't entirely true as I've got a great schedule and I like my students, on the whole. I've decided to be a hermit at work to avoid the politics. I'll use my stealthy spy skillz to be invisible.
7) Still haven't made my yearly pilgrimage up to Collingwood yet and I'm getting antsy about where the summer has gone.
8) As I said in my Sunday Polaris Report, the Ashes to Ashes panel convinced me to watch it. For the four days I had my computer back, I mainlined the whole series. Philip Glenister = awesome topped with awesomesauce, despite some of the plot holes and a complete lack of John Simm.
9) I miss my computer.
10) It's been more than a week and I'm still pissed Janna lost How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria? In fact, I hear Elicia's ad on the radio now and I'm irritated. Bad Canada! No cookie!
11) Ow fucking-ow. My arm hurts!
12) To try and feel better about my arm, I'm currently consuming a coffee that would make a Venti look small.
