No more reality show contests for me

Because whoever I vote for gets voted out.  First, it was the injustice of Janna losing How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria, and now Canadian Idol.

Yes, I admit, I've been watching Canadian Idol.  One of the contestants, Drew Wright, is from Collingwood, so you can't be there and not be sucked into the Idol-mania.  I even went to the big results show party up there and I have been voting.  It certainly didn't hurt that Drew (although very wee) was really nice eye candy.

This is a little like HDYAPLM, because one of the two final contestants is frequently flat, which irritates the heck out of me because I'm sick of off-tune being called an affectation. 

So, the results suck and I've decided, no more reality show contests for me. 

Note to self

On my way home tomorrow, buy chicken.

Sacrifice chicken to the computer gods so that my computer will last longer than four days.
